Bryan has more than 30 years of experience and holds a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Sydney. He is also a Law Society of New South Wales Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation law, one of only about one hundred in New South Wales.

During his career, Bryan has conducted litigation in almost every jurisdiction in the country as well as most forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitrations for the International Chamber of Commerce. He has been involved in numerous reported decisions in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Bryan acts for both plaintiffs and defendants and is completely focused on realistically achieving the best possible result for his clients whether by way of informal dispute resolution or through litigation.
