Con specialises in all areas property/commercial law, focusing on contracts, business transactions and estate planning. Con has particular experience in structuring agreements and transactions from a risk management perspective and focuses on drafting joint venture agreements, partnerships and shareholding documents that are written to achieve the client’s specific needs.
Since 1999, he has been the lecturer in charge of estate planning in the Master of Laws course at QUT and regularly presents papers in Succession Law.
